How do you inspire an army of 60 second film makers? 60 Second Film School.

In the fall of 2010 American Express and Tribeca Film launched My Movie Pitch, a rare film competition rewarding the best movie idea delivered in 60 seconds or less. The winner had their film idea made by an acclaimed director and screened at the Tribeca Film Festival.

To support year two of the competition we created :60 Second Film School, an original edu-tainment web series aimed to inspire potential participants. The tongue-and-cheek vignettes featured veteran Tribeca filmmakers on a variety of topics. From the importance of setting, to the intricacies of teamwork, each episode delivered a valuable movie making lesson; all in 60 seconds of course.
